Refunds and Returns

Aussie Mineral Hub adheres to the Australian Consumer Laws in regards to refunds and returns. I do not accept returns due to a change of heart so I encourage you to be absolutely sure before you purchase.

I list the size/dimensions of our crystals, as well as photos showing multiple angles of them so you can know exactly what you are purchasing. I do not exaggerate colours or remove blemishes in photos of our products.

Shipping & Handling

I currently ship within Australia only.

This website is updated on a regular basis and any items on display should be available and will be shipped within 2 days of receiving your payment. We take great care in packaging our crystals, and postage costs include sturdy packaging materials, therefore we do not accept liability if damage or loss occurs due to the fault of the post. For peace of mind, arrangements can be made to include optional postal insurance for an extra fee. To include this, contact me at – [email protected] prior to ordering.

Default postage is always regular parcel post and I provide tracking information for all orders.
